Even though Sonic Crackers did not come out for the mega-drive Sonic Team released a rare BETA version. God knows what it is about but Sonic and Tails are tied together & you can do alsorts of tricks. But of course it is like Sonic 1 though. The sound effects are the same. But it it does look quite good ,the animations are cool to.
